Vivek has over 10 years of experience in grooming and managing people and institutions.   At the onset of his career path journey he had-


ü  Formed a group of BPL children (rag pickers, laborers and beggars) and imparted them trade skills plus basics of traditional education and kept them off the streets.


ü  Setup a non-profit video production unit for voicing social injustice.

Then he made his foray into the corporate world, working for Giants like Dell, HCL and IPSof and MobiBiz

ü  Customer care.
ü  Helpdesks.
ü  IT- Software/Hardware support services.
ü  Sales
ü  Accounting
ü  Data Entry.
ü  Technical support on information security and access controls to financial institutions. 


Vivek believes it’s trivial to pursue jobs but it’s blissful when you pursue a career. 

He understands that a torchbearer is required to lighten up some bleak passages of life and he wishes to accompany you in your journey of a happy and successful new beginning. He further professes that if you could create something, you become something. 


 Swati Sharma (CA, CS)


She has profusely expanded and established her expertise into Auditing and Taxation. Besides, she has established herself as an accomplished Accounting and QuickBooks trainer as a ProAdvisor.



·         GMCS – General Management and Communicational Skills trainer for Chartered Accountants undergoing Article ship.

·  Corporate Trainer on US Accounting principles and application into varied accounting packages.

·        QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified QuickBooks Trainer with training videos to her credit.

·         Creator of technical accounting process documentation and process manuals. 

She believes that to excel in any professional capacity one should not only have ‘Subject Matter Expertise’ but also personality, behavior, decorum, mannerism, attitude, professional approach and tenacity to work effectively. Failing which, irrespective of your professional knowledge, education and background you will never be able to perform in your profession




Anshita Singh Rathord (MD)
